I was out for a walk and asked my husband to take my photo in the lovely field of little blue flowers. Harmless, I thought. I did not realize until after the photo was taken when I looked down to step away that there were dozens of bees buzzing around those little blue flowers! Suddenly I was fearful and thought there was no way I was going to get out of this without getting stung. Then I took a deep breath, moved very carefully and stepped away from the bees with no harm to myself or any bees.
This is often the case in life. Sometimes we get caught in the moment and rush in without thinking about the consequences. Sometimes it works out and sometimes we get stung. Sometimes we just have to take the leap. There is no need to approach everything with fear for then we would never leap. But a little caution and forethought is a good thing for we can always try again.
